delivery + information

All of my items are sent in appropriate packaging via Royal Mail or courier service. I am happy to send via 'signed for' and/or 'next day' services, however there will be additional charges for these methods - please contact me first. Further, please contact me for a shipping price estimate if you require overseas delivery.

Lampshades + cushions are handmade to order so please allow 14 days before dispatch. This time frame allows for materials to arrive with me and for the inks to dry properly.

Lanterns/tea light covers - please allow 7 days before dispatch.

Products in stock are sent within 3-5 days.


Orders to UK addresses are sent free of charge.

returning items

Returns + refunds policy is valid for 30 days from date of order dispatch and does not apply to bespoke, custom orders. Any queries or concerns should be communicated immediately upon receipt of your order (which will be noted from tracking information on signed for services). If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately a refund or exchange cannot be offered.

I make every effort to clearly advertise as much detail about my work as possible including sizes, materials, colours etc. If an item is lost or damaged during transit then, where possible, I will supply a replacement. Since most of my work is unique and limited in quantity, replacements may not be an option and therefore I will happily refund you.

If an item is damaged in transit or the packaging is clearly in poor condition then you have the right to refuse delivery + the package will be returned automatically. If a package is accepted upon delivery + subsequently the contents are damaged or not as they should be, but with no apparent damage to packaging, then I request that the item (and it's original packaging) is returned before a refund or replacement can be provided. Every package is weighed & photographed upon dispatch to ensure correct contents & cost. We retain a record of details in the event of a claim via the shipping/courier service and you may be asked for further information or photographic evidence as part of that process.

If you purchase something but simply change your mind I will be unable to refund but would like to hear from you regarding why this is the case.

In the event that any products delivered to you are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt where we will likely ask you to return the goods straight away or request evidence in order to log a claim. Return shipping charges will be refunded upon conclusion of a damaged or faulty goods return. Shipping charges on returned orders outside of damaged or faulty are at the customer’s expense + we recommend a tracked/proof of postage as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit by return.

Products will be refunded or exchanged providing that they are in the same condition as when they dispatched, and that you have taken reasonable care to package goods accordingly to ensure their safe return. Unfortunately, post and packaging costs are non refundable and we are not held responsible for returns that do not reach us.

Once your returned order is received and inspected, you will receive an email to notify you that of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-5 working days.

I Hannah Madden am the data-controller of your personal information as it relates to my shop. When you place an order from me, I will receive your name, delivery address and email address. I will only use these details to process and deliver your order, or deal with any queries you have related to that order.
I will only retain your details for as long as necessary in order to process the transaction and I will securely store any data collected during that period. I retain personal data related to orders or customer queries for six years. After this time I will delete your data from my records.
You have the right to know what personal data I hold about you, and to ask for that data to be changed or deleted.
